Together we create a personalized map designed to discover and develop what you need for success on this new trail. Our careers have some well-worn maps from our own travels 😉

We have also worked with over 400 mid-career high potential MBA students for over 15 years. Over 300 were in our Leadership Communications “class” at JMU, really a series of experiential workshops on topics key to success. We also managed a Leadership Development Portfolio to focus on Individual Development Planning (2 to 5 years), Mentoring, additional professional development workshops, and a short Capstone paper. This formed an “evergreen” process for these high potentials to return to every year to track their progress and make course corrections needed to continue their growth. Team Formation, Team Building, & Team Performance Workshops

Very few of us are on solo thru-hikes on our career journey. We are constantly interacting with others on the trail, leveraging their insights, the perspectives that are needed to ensure we all get to our destination together. We start by building a senior Stakeholder team to help us assess and also harvest existing best practices and tools. Leveraging our own proven content, we develop a custom program, (a sample shown below) blending in Leadership Coaching to support each participant in their own journey. Our approach keeps costs low so that managers and directors experience coaching early in their careers.

A real business problem frames our intentional formation of Teams to work together.  This ensures a place for all leaders to put their new skills to work immediately and also provides them with practice on how high-performing teams can work. As primarily Leadership coaches, we have all been line executives faced with real-world, global challenges. While maintaining the “coaching stance,” we bring you and your team our expertise in Strategic Planning, Human Capital Planning, Change Management, and Leadership Development. Our industry-proven leadership workshops are based on 6 half-day modules allowing all leaders time to learn new skills and approaches built upon a Coaching Model of “Learn – Do – Apply – Assess – Repeat.”
